The Developer

The development company building this unique property is Title Harbour Views LTD. We are a property development company specializing in residential and resort based projects, our director for development, Mr. Adam Barrett, has been working in the Caribbean real estate market for the past 12 years. After many months of planning, our development team has designed what will be Antigua’s first international branded hotel offered under the countries Citizenship By Investment Program. Preparation works for construction of the property have already began with heavy construction due to start by September 2016. This hotel property is the first phase of a larger development project that will become known as St Mary’s Court. St Mary’s Court will be a mixture of commercial and residential units and the Best Western Premier will be at its core.
