what is available?

The first phase of the development was completed in February 2006 creating ten offices with their own access, organised around a central service area where the kitchens and WC’s are situated. The plan opposite show current divisions although we have been careful to retain as much flexibility as possible within our design and will vary this configuration to accommodate occupier requirements. Outside, the grounds, driveway and car park have been carefully landscaped to enhance the working environment.

how much space
is available?

The first phase consists of ten suites ranging from 19m2 (204ft2) to 147m2 (1,560ft2). The total office space is approximately 836 m2  (9,000 ft2). The car park has space for 60 cars giving an approximate ratio of 1 space to 14m2 (150ft2). Please review the floor plan PDF file for current availablity.
